This initiative follows the Diversity Month celebrated in November, during which the Group organised workshops, conferences, and training sessions to promote an increasingly inclusive culture, by nurturing diversity, raising awareness among employees and emphasising the Group’s concrete actions.

This year, the CA Auto Bank Group is also actively committed to promoting diversity through initiatives in line with the five dimensions of the Group’s diversity policy, which are equal opportunity, inclusion, representativeness, solidarity, and social responsibility. Every day, we strive to increase mutual understanding and inclusion through internal actions or external initiatives that can involve as many people as possible.

CA Auto Bank neutralises the CO₂ emissions of the Bank’s websites across the Group, thanks to CO₂ Neutral Website projects. CO₂ Neutral Website, a Danish company whose goal is to draw attention to the CO₂ emissions of websites.

For the implementation of the project, the CO₂ emitted by the website was calculated, based on the average consumption of CO₂ of the site’s hosting, and on the average number of visitors.

Subsequently, in order to neutralise emissions from our websites, CA Auto Bank supports the projects proposed by CO₂ Neutral Website.
